DENSE-SEAL®
DENSE-SEAL Cold Asphalt, is used for effective Pothole repairs and Surface patches on existing roads.
The product grading complies to South African TRH-8 Specification.
Full Marshall testing is done on a regular basis and results are available on request.
DENSE-SEAL is known for its Low Permeability properties, yet flexible and durable design.
SMART-SEAL®
SMART-SEAL Cold Asphalt, is used for heavy duty traffic areas.
The design produces a durable and rut resistant mix, suitable for all traffic areas.
The mix remains workable, even in cooler climatic conditions.
The area can be opened to traffic immediately after placing the product, making it the ideal for effective emergency pothole repairs.
PAVE-SEAL®
PAVE-SEAL is a premixed Cold Slurry, available in either a Fine/Fine, Fine/Medium or Coarse Type 1 Grade, which complies with the grading limits for slurry aggregate in South African COLTO, Table 4302/11.
The product is used as an effective Maintenance Treatment on existing Bituminous road surfaces.
An ideal rejuvenating treatment for aging roads, or seal coat on pothole patches.
All our proprietary products ® are safe and easy to use.
Only aggregates from an approved commercial quarry, complying with the highest specification and standards for surfacing stone, and SABS approved raw materials and Bitumen binders are used in manufacturing the range of DENSE-SEAL products.
Products are tested for compliance to relevant specifications on a regular basis at SANAS accredited Civil Engineering testing laboratories.
